Privacyverklaring
Deze pagina beschrijft welke persoonsgegevens ik verwerk en wat ik ermee doe. Het zijn er weinig.
Wie ik ben
Studio Huinink is de eenmanszaak van Bram Huinink in Nijmegen. Voor de verwerkingen die hieronder staan ben ik de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke.

Wanneer ik gegevens verwerk
Er zijn drie momenten waarop dat gebeurt. Je bezoekt deze site, je stuurt me een mail, of je wordt klant. Een contactformulier heeft de site niet.
Bezoek aan deze site
De site draait bij Netlify. Die server houdt van elk bezoek technische gegevens bij, waaronder je IP-adres, je browser en de opgevraagde pagina. Zonder die gegevens kan de site niet werken en kan ik misbruik niet tegenhouden. De grondslag daarvoor is mijn gerechtvaardigd belang.
Alles wat de pagina nodig heeft staat op die ene server, de letter erbij. Je browser haalt bij het laden niets op bij Google of een ander bedrijf.
Wat er op je apparaat blijft staan
De site onthoudt je voorkeuren in de localStorage van je browser: je thema, je taal, je cookiekeuze, en de vier instellingen van de design-knop (letter, hoeken, accentkleur en cursor). Die staan op je apparaat, gaan niet mee naar de server en bereiken mij niet. Wis je de sitegegevens, dan zijn ze weg.
Cookies
Zelf zet ik geen cookies. Voorkeuren bewaar ik in localStorage, en dat is geen cookie: het reist niet mee met een verzoek aan de server.
Geef je toestemming voor statistieken, dan zet Google Analytics twee cookies: _ga en _ga_ZMQWCZEQE4. Allebei staan ze twee jaar op je apparaat en ze herkennen je als dezelfde bezoeker. Weiger je, dan komen ze er niet.
Statistieken
Google Analytics laadt alleen wanneer je daar toestemming voor geeft. De grondslag is dus je toestemming. Ik tel er bezoeken mee en zie welke pagina's gelezen worden. Google Analytics bewaart je IP-adres niet: het wordt gebruikt om je land te bepalen en daarna weggegooid. Weiger je, dan laadt Google Analytics niet en krijgt Google niets.
Je keuze staat niet vast. Met de knop hieronder krijg je de vraag opnieuw; je thema en je taal blijven staan.
Als je me mailt
Dan bewaar ik je naam, je mailadres en de inhoud van je bericht. Ik gebruik die om te antwoorden en voor niets anders. De grondslag is de uitvoering van een overeenkomst, of mijn gerechtvaardigd belang bij gewoon contact.
Als je klant wordt
Voor de opdracht en de facturatie verwerk ik je naam, je contactgegevens, je bedrijfsgegevens, je KVK-nummer, je btw-nummer en de gegevens die op de factuur horen. De grondslag is de uitvoering van onze overeenkomst; voor de administratie zelf is het mijn wettelijke plicht.
Wie je gegevens verder ziet
Alleen de partijen die ik nodig heb om te kunnen werken: Netlify voor de hosting, mijn mailprovider, mijn boekhoudpakket en, na jouw toestemming, Google Analytics. Met elk van hen heb ik een verwerkersovereenkomst, of gelden hun verwerkersvoorwaarden. Ik verkoop geen gegevens en gebruik ze niet voor reclame.
Netlify en Google zijn Amerikaanse bedrijven, dus je gegevens kunnen buiten de Europese Unie terechtkomen. Die doorgifte leunt op het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework waar de partij daarvoor gecertificeerd is, en anders op de standaardbepalingen van de Europese Commissie.
Hoe lang ik het bewaar
Mijn administratie en facturen bewaar ik zeven jaar, omdat de wet dat voorschrijft. Offertes die niet tot een opdracht leiden gooi ik na een jaar weg. Mail verwijder ik twee jaar na het laatste contact. De cijfers in Google Analytics staan veertien maanden vast, de serverlogs bij Netlify dertig dagen.
Je rechten
Je mag opvragen welke gegevens ik van je heb. Je mag ze laten corrigeren, laten verwijderen of laten overdragen aan iemand anders. Je mag bezwaar maken tegen een verwerking en toestemming die je eerder gaf weer intrekken. Dat intrekken geldt vanaf het moment dat je het doet; wat ik daarvoor deed blijft rechtmatig.
Stuur me een mail, dan reageer ik binnen een maand. Kom je er met mij niet uit, dan kun je een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Beveiliging
De site draait volledig op https. Mijn accounts zijn beveiligd met tweestapsverificatie en een wachtwoordmanager. Klantbestanden deel ik niet via openbare links.
Ik neem geen besluiten over mensen op basis van een geautomatiseerd profiel.
Wijzigingen
Verandert er iets aan het bovenstaande, dan werk ik deze pagina bij. Laatst bijgewerkt op 18 oktober 2026.

When I process data
There are three moments when this happens. You visit this site, you send me an email, or you become a client. The site has no contact form.
Visiting this site
The site runs on Netlify. That server keeps technical data on every visit, including your IP address, your browser and the page you request. Without that data the site cannot work and I cannot stop abuse. The legal basis is my legitimate interest.
Everything the page needs sits on that one server, the typeface included. While the page loads, your browser fetches nothing from Google or any other company.
What stays on your device
The site remembers your preferences in your browser's localStorage: your theme, your language, your cookie choice, and the four settings behind the design button (typeface, corners, accent colour and cursor). They sit on your device, never travel to the server and never reach me. Clear the site data and they are gone.
Cookies
I set no cookies myself. Preferences live in localStorage, which is not a cookie: it does not travel with a request to the server.
If you consent to statistics, Google Analytics sets two cookies: _ga and _ga_ZMQWCZEQE4. Both stay on your device for two years and recognise you as the same visitor. If you decline, they are never set.
Statistics
Google Analytics loads only when you consent to it, so the legal basis is your consent. I use it to count visits and to see which pages get read. Google Analytics does not store your IP address: it is used to determine your country and then discarded. If you decline, Google Analytics does not load and Google receives nothing.
Your choice is not final. The button below brings the question back; your theme and your language stay as they are.
If you email me
I keep your name, your email address and the content of your message. I use them to reply and for nothing else. The legal basis is the performance of a contract, or my legitimate interest in ordinary contact.
If you become a client
For the work and the invoicing I process your name, your contact details, your company details, your Chamber of Commerce number, your VAT number and the details an invoice needs. The legal basis is the performance of our contract; for the accounts themselves it is my legal obligation.
Who else sees your data
Only the parties I need in order to work: Netlify for hosting, my email provider, my accounting software and, after your consent, Google Analytics. I have a processing agreement with each of them, or their processing terms apply. I do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
Netlify and Google are US companies, so your data may end up outside the European Union. Those transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the party is certified for it, and otherwise on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
How long I keep it
I keep my accounts and invoices for seven years, because the law requires it. Quotes that do not lead to work are deleted after a year. Email is deleted two years after the last contact. Google Analytics figures are kept for fourteen months, Netlify server logs for thirty days.
Your rights
You may ask which data I hold about you. You may have it corrected, deleted or transferred to someone else. You may object to a processing and withdraw consent you gave earlier. Withdrawal counts from the moment you do it; what I did before that stays lawful.
Send me an email and I will respond within a month. If we cannot resolve it together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Security
The site runs entirely on https. My accounts are protected with two-factor authentication and a password manager. I do not share client files through public links.
I do not make decisions about people based on an automated profile.
Changes
If any of the above changes, I update this page. Last updated on 18 oktober 2026.
